WAC Letter to the Senate on the Preserve the Waters of the U.S. Act

A letter from the Water Advocacy Coalition ("WAC"), which the NAR is a member of, urging cosponsorship of S. 2245, which will prevent the EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers from issuing their "Final Guidance on Identifying Waters Protected by the Clean Water Act," which in effect eliminates "navigable" from the CWA, improperly increasing the scope of federal jurisdiction under the Act.
