NAR signed a letter, which included a broad coalition industry stakeholders, to the Senate Committee on the Judiciary requesting its support for the long-term reauthorization of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA) to September 30, 2032, together with an aligned extension of the grandfather provision in the upcoming must-pass funding legislation.
