NAR Letter to House Leadership Regarding HR 3564, Middle Class Borrower Protection Act of 2023

On June 21 NAR sent a letter to Speaker McCarthy and Democratic Leader Jeffries. The letter, in response to H.R. 3564, Middle Class Borrower Protection Act of 2023, expresses NAR’s appreciation of Congress’s attention to the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s (FHFA) process for setting pricing and their recent changes to their loan-level pricing adjustments (LLPAs).
