NFHA Letter to NAR's President Malta Regarding Housing Discrimination, Segregation, Systemic Racism, and HUD's Disparate Impact Rule,

On July 14, the National Fair Housing Alliance (NFHA) sent a letter to NAR President Vince Malta. The letter expresses NFHA's appreciation for, and applauds NAR’s (the Association's) leadership in, encouraging HUD to withdraw its proposed Disparate Impact rule. In making it's bold request public NAR displays to the housing and lending industries the important step that the Association is taking to advance justice in America. NFHA believes that NAR's Diparate Rule letter to HUD will impact whether Amaerica as a nation can move forward or be stymied fighting battles won so long ago.
