NAR Letter of Support for Bennet Cassidy Mitigation Bill

On June 25, NAR sent a letter to Senators Bennet and Cassidy thanking them for introducing the SHELTER Act. The legislation would offer targeted tax incentives for home and business owners to proactively strengthen buildings and mitigate the risk of natural disasters. NAR commits to continue working with the Senators to encourage mitigation investments in order to avoid further loss of property and life.
