On July 2, 2018 NAR sent a letter to the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (BCFP or the Bureau). NAR believes that the Bureau’s implementation of guidance such as the Small Entity Compliance guides and quick reference materials have been helpful for regulated entities. The Bureau should continue to offer such helpful resources through new methods and continue to provide oral and email responses when questions arise.
