NAR Letter to Senator Cotton Regarding WOTUS Amendment

On June 27, 2018 NAR sent a letter to Senator Cotton. The letter thanks the Senator for sponsoring an amendment to the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 that repeals the current Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule and offers a commonsense replacement that protects water quality and encourages economic development.
