NAR is encouraged by the Administration’s continued focus to provide more affordable health insurance options to consumers. REALTORS® are primarily independent contractors purchasing in the individual insurance markets, which often means limited choices at costly rates. Under the Administration’s proposed rule, there may be additional options for insurance coverage, providing relief during transitional times when more comprehensive, long-term coverage may not be an option.
