Housing Industry Coalition Letter to Senate Leaders in Support of Brian Montgomery's HUD Confirmation

On February 23, 2018 NAR as part of a broad coalition of housing, community development, and advocacy organizations sent a letter to Republican Leader McConnell and Democratic Leader Schumer. The letter expresses the organizations' enthusiastic support for the nomination of Brian D. Montgomery as the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) assistant secretary for housing and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) commissioner. The letter urges the Senators to move Mr. Mongomery's confirmation forward at the soonest opportunity.
