On July 25, 2017 NAR, as part of a broad coalition, sent a letter to the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Regulatory Reform, Commercial, and Antitrust Law. The letter, in response to the legislative hearing on H.R. 2887, opposes the bill and expresses disappointment that the Judiciary Committee hasn’t addressed the question of e-fairness in this Congress yet.
