NAR Coalition Letter to House Financial Services Committee Regarding the NFIP

On April 4, 2017 NAR sent letter to Chairman Hensarling and Ranking Member Waters of the House Financial Services Committee and cc'ing the entire Committee. The letter expresses the coalition's appreciation of the Committee's work to foster a flood insurance market and NFIP program that is sustainable, affordable, and responsive to owners of all types of real estate and offers suggestions for ways to improve its application for commercial properties.
