NAR Letter to theHouse Committee on Agriculture Leadership Regarding WOTUS

On February 10, 2016 NAR sent a letter Chairman Conway and Ranking Member Peterson of the House Agriculture Committee and cc’ing the entire committee. The letter encourages the Committee to question the Administrator carefully about the potential impacts of the Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rulemaking by the U.S. EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers to define which U.S. water bodies are regulated under the Clean Water Act.
