NAR Letter to House Budget Committee Chairman Tom Price Regarding G-fees

On February 2, 2015 NAR sent a letter to Budget Committee Chairman Price and cc'ing all the members on the Committee.
The letter thanks the chair for his efforts to make sure that the G-fees extension was removed during last year’s Transportation Conference Committee deliberations.
Also the letter respectively asks that the G-fee Point of Order language in Section 3110 of the 2016 Fiscal Year Budget Resolution which specifically “prohibits increases in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guarantee fees from being used to determine budgetary impacts for evaluating budget points of order” be included in the 2017 Fiscal Year Budget Resolution.
