NAR Letter to House Leadership Regarding WOTUS Congressional Review Act Resolution

On January 12, 2016 NAR sent a letter to Speaker Ryan and Democratic Leader Pelosi.
The letter expresses NAR’s support for S.J. Res. 22, a Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution, disapproving the Waters of the U.S. rulemaking by the U.S. EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers to define which U.S. water bodies are regulated under the Clean Water Act. The letter urges support for S.J. Res. 22 and opposition to any amendments that would weaken the resolution when it is considered by the full House.
