NAR Coalition Letter to House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Kevin Brady supporting the his legislation, the, Tax Increase Prevention and Real Estate Investment Act of 2015.
The letter hightlights the business and labor community's recognition that FIRPTA reform is a win-win for the American economy, and that the vast majority of the tax-writing committees have cosponsored the FIRPTA relief included in Congressman Brady's legislation. The letter commends congress’ leadership on this issue, and strongly encourages the inclusion FIRPTA reform in end-of-year tax legislation.
