- The “Waters of the United States” regulation should be withdrawn.
- FHA eases rules on financing for condos but more reforms are needed.
- CFPB Needs to clarify rules on real estate transactions.
- The EPA should follow the statutory process for moving forward with a proposal to regulate renovation, repair and painting activities in commercial buildings.
