On November 12, 2015, NAR as part of a coalition sent a letter to the Senate and House conferees on H.R. 22, the DRIVE Act. The letter urges the conferees to accept the House position, and draw funds from the Federal Reserve’s surplus – rather than the stock dividend and g-fees – to pay for the extension of the Highway Trust Fund.
