On September 29, 2015 NAR submmitted a letter to the Appraisal Foundation. The letter, in response to the Appraiser Qualifications Board’s (AQB) Concept Paper, urges alternatives to fulfilling the residential appraisal experience component of the Criteria in addition to the traditional supervisor/trainee model currently in place.
