US S 1140 - The Federal Water Quality Protection Act
On June 9, 2015 The Waters Advocacy Coalition sent a letter to the U.S. Senate. The letter asks Senators to support S. 1140, the Federal Water Quality Protection Act. The bill would require the withdrawal of the joint rulemaking recently finalized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers revising the definition of “waters of the United States” under the Clean Water Act.
