On December 9, 2014, Mabel Guzman, Chair of NAR"s Conventional Finance and Lending Committee, presented testimony urging Congress and the Administration to address key policy issues such as high guarantee fees and loan level pricing adjustments charged by the GSEs, as well as excessive FHA premiums, which continue to exacerbate the tight credit market.
