NAR letter to the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure expressing strong support of HR 5078, the Waters of the U.S. Regulatory Overreach Protection Act. HR 5078 prevents two federal agencies – the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) – from finalizing proposed regulations which, in effect, write the term “navigable” out of the Clean Water Act.
