NAR letter regarding FEMA's FY 2015 Budget and NFIP Implementation

US HR 3370 - Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014

NAR sent a letter to Rep. Susan Brooks (R-IN), Chair of the House Subcommittee on Emergency Preparedness, Response and Communications, ahead of the Subcommittee's hearing on the FEMA FY 2015 Budget request.  In the letter, NAR outlined the provisions that FEMA needs to address under the recently-passed Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act (H.R. 3370) in order for it to be effective.
