NAR sends a letter to the House Judiciary Committee supporting the Marketplace Fairness Act

NAR and its commercial affiliates (CCIM, IREM, SIOR and RLI) sent a letter to the members of the House Judiciary Committee ahead of its hearing "Exploring Alternative Solutions on the Internet Sales Tax Issue," in support of the Marketplace Fairness Act, which levels the playing field between internet retailers and traditional "brick-and-mortar" businesses.
