NAR sent a letter to the full House of Representatives in support of HR 3370, the "Homeowner Flood INsurance Affordability Act" with an amendment (Grimm R-NY), which, as amended, would resolve most of the unintended consequences and uncertainties created by implementation of the Biggert-Waters law, while still raising revenue.
