NAR sent a letter to the full Senate, urging Senators to support S. 1846, the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act, which would delay potentially inaccurate and uncapped rate increases on recent home purchases until FEMA investigates and reports to Congress with an affordability solution.
