NAR sent a letter to Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ), Senator Johnny Isakson (R-GA), Representative Michael Grimm (R-NY) and Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) thanking them for introducing the "Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act," which delays further implementation of some rate increasees in the Biggert-Waters flood insurance law.
