NAR Letter to the House of Representatives Opposing the PATH Act

NAR sent a letter to the members of the House of Representatives expressing opposition to H.R. 2767, the "Protecting American Taxpayers and Homeowners Act" (PATH Act), which NAR strongly believes will jeopardize the ability of American families to purchase a home, as well as the future of the housing industry itself.
