Coalition Letter on the Marketplace Fairness Act

NAR, in coalition with other industry groups, sent a letter to the U.S. Senate in support of the Marketplace Fairness Act, which allows states to require sellers to collect state sales tax on internet and other remote sales, leveling the playing field for traditional brick-and-mortar businesses.
