Joint Letter to Appropriations Committees on FHA's General Insurance/Special Risk Insurance Fund

NAR joined with industry partners to send a letter to the Senate and House Appropriations Committees urging Congress to provide FHA with an additional $5 billion of commitment authority to continue access to the General Insurance/Special Risk Insurance Fund for multifamily rental and health care facilities.
