NAR, in coalition with other housing industry groups, sent a letter of thanks to Senators Bob Menendez (D-NJ) and Barbara Boxer (D-CA), supporting the revised version of the "Responsible Homeowners Refinancing Act of 2013," which can help provide more opportunities for on-time borrowers to refinance their mortgages at historically low-interest rates.
