NAR sent a letter to Senators Robert Menendez (D-NJ) and Barbara Boxer (D-CA) thanking them for their support of the "Responsible Homeowner Refinancing Act," which streamlines and aligns the refinance processes of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and expands the refinancing options for responsible homeowners.
