WAC Letter to the House of Representatives on H.R. 4965

The Waters Advocacy Coalition ("WAC"), which NAR is a member of, sent a letter to the U.S. House of Representatives urging co-sponsorship of H.R. 4965, which will prevent the EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers from issuing their "Final Guidance on Identifying Waters Protected by the Clean Water Act" ("Final Guidance"). The Final guidance in effect eliminates "navigable" from the CWA, improperly increasing the scope of federal jurisdiction under the Act.
