NAR Signs Coalition Letter Urging Congress to Support Examination Privilege for the CFPB and Nonbank Lenders Under Dodd-Frank

NAR and other industry organizations sent a letter to the Chairmen and Ranking Members of the Senate Banking Committee and the House Financial Services Committee urging support for changes to S. 2099 and H.R. 4014 to ensure that nondepository companies subject to CFPB jurisdiction have the same examination privilege as federally insured depositories.
