NAR sent a letter to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) commenting on the interim final rule amending Regulation Z (Truth in Lending) as part of the efforts to transfer consumer financial
protection laws to the CFPB. NAR is urging the CFPB to replace the term "realtor" with the words "licensed real estate brokers or agents” or “licensed real estate professionals”.
