NAR, NAHB, and MBA Send Letter to the Senate on GSE Guarantee Fees

NAR, along with the National Association of Home Builders and the Mortgage Bankers Association, sent a letter to the Senate urging them to ensure that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac credit risk guarantee fees (g-fees) remain focused on minimizing the loss exposure of the government-sponsored enterprises, investors, and taxpayers.
